   Jeff Wyler Toyota Receives Award

Jeff Wyler Toyota received it's fifth consecutive Toyota Presidential Award for the year 2010. The award based on customer satisfaction in sales, service and parts and dealership training and sales standards was the only Dayton area dealership to be recognized with this award.

Easy Light Bulb Replacement
Light bulbs in outdoor fixtures often become hard to remove due to moisture and dirt. Put a small amount of petroleum jelly on the threads of new light bulbs. They will unscrew easily when it becomes time to change them.

Find Your Luggage
Tie a colorful piece of ribbon to your luggage when traveling by plane or bus. It will be easy to reclaim your luggage even when it is similar to other bags.

Biking Tips
If you enjoy bicycling try spraying your bike chain with WD-40. It will make pedaling easier. You can also use WD-40 to clean any sticky residue on the bike frame.

Clean Nonstick Cookware
To safely clean nonstick cookware try a ball of old pantyhose. Moisten the pantyhose and add a few drops of dish soap. You will have a nonscratching scrubber.

Chevrolet has expanded its support of MLB to the youth baseball players in communities across the country through the Chevy Youth Baseball Program which began in Atlanta in 2006. In 2010, more than 980 Chevrolet dealers participated in Chevy Youth Baseball and helped raise more than $3 million for youth programs across the USA.

In 2011, Jeff Wyler Chevrolet is sponsoring the Northridge Baseball Association by providing equipment kits complete with equipment bags, baseball buckets, dugout managers, Chevy Youth Baseball t-shirts and instructional clinics.

Carl Miller at Clark Co. Amateur Radio Club Field Day

On June 25 the Clark County Amateur Radio Association held their annual Field Day at Mid-Ohio Harley Davidson. They joined thousands of other amateur radio clubs in practicing their emergency communication skills. Amateur radio operators provide an invaluable means of communication during natural disasters when cellular communication is interrupted.

Carl Miller, a retired insurance claims adjuster and member of the SCA, has been an amateur radio operator for more than 40 years. He holds an amateur-extra radio license and is a certified First Responder.
